Timothy Moellering

On Sunday, Berkeley High School teacher Timothy Moellering released an open letter to his current students, in which he stated that he may not be able to return to school and finish the teaching year. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer two and a half years ago, Moellering recently began experiencing complications that forced him to leave the classroom. Moellering was born and raised in Berkeley, and has taught and coached in the district for many years, touching the lives of countless students. He is sorely missed by BHS students and faculty, and the Jacket sends him our support.
